Capacity Building Division

The capacity building division is responsible of:

• Volunteer recruitment and database

• Development of volunteer capacity in knowledge, skills and spiritually

It also conducts training programs according to SA volunteer capability needs, including:

• Creative teaching

• Basic teaching techniques in reading, writing and mathematics

• How to communicate with a child

• Children counseling

• Leadership and motivation

To meet volunteers’ spiritual needs, the division holds gathering programs in commemoration on Eid Fitri with Moslem volunteers and Christmas with Christian volunteers.
